ELCA- has recently ruled-68% in favor of allowing gay clergy. The Bible is so clear that God ordained the marriage covenant to be between a man and a women for life. Any sex outside of this God ordained covenant is an abomination to Him, whether they be commited to each other or not.The scripture in  Romans 1 is crystal clear as well as 1 Cor. 6:9 where it says that no homosexual among others will inherit the kingdom of God. How many times of participating inthis act does it take to be considered a homosexual? The Bible is clear, just one act. This is a great mockery to the word of God. However, we should not be suprised as denomination upon denomination are caving into the culture and worried more about what man thinks than what God has said. Incidently, the ELCA stands for Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. This is the same branch that believes that infant baptism saves and that if one has been baptized and is a homosexual they are still brothers and sisters in Christ. Anyway, the Bible warns us of a great falling away at the end of time just before the return of Christ. What should we do? Paul expressed it best, "I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom, Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince,rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching." The way we fight the darkness is by the living and abiding word of God.
